In 2021, I was commissioned to create a candle set for Amira Adeeb, an Egyptian influencer-turned actress. Amira wanted to encapsulate her fun and quirky brand through the candle set that was part of her summer 2021 merchandise drop. I came up with the lava lamp-like design based on amira’s content and target audience that I have researched in the design process. The colours were inspired by her existing niche colour palette and were carefully chosen to reflect the scents of the candles, which are coconut and vanilla. Due to its scale, this project pushed me out of my comfort zone but was very enjoyable.
